What I paid for was an "exquisite" arrangement and what was received was pathetic. After multiple attempts to call and resolve the issue were ignored I decided to leave this review. When the received picture was posted on Facebook, I was flat out embarrassed by what they sent compared to what it was suppose to be. And yes, I made sure to purchase the "as shown" picture.

I had somewhat the problem as the previous reviewer. The first time I used Diamondhead Florist to send flowers to my mom. I spent extra money for a large arrangement, and they delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Based on my experience, I ordered a large arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day. Several days later my parents sent me a picture of the flowers the four of us (me and 3 siblings) sent to my mother. Mine was the smallest. It wasn't a competition, but (1) I didn't get what I paid for, and (2) I was embarrassed with what was delivered. I gave three stars because they got it right the first time, but no the second.
Very bad experience. My out of town children ordered flowers for me that were never delivered. Trying to reach this business with a problem is also impossible. I would give them a zero star if

Waste of money. I understand they have to use "what is available and in stock" but as you can see by the pictures I posted, I was shorted a good bit of roses/flowers PERIOD and supplied with an acre of grass instead.
